Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to cancel
Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@hodophileventures.com or on WhatsApp. The date we receive it is the cancellation date.
Cancellation charges
30 or more days before departure: 25% of package cost. 15–29 days: 50%. 7–14 days: 75%. Less than 7 days or no-show: 100%. Flight, visa and non-refundable hotel charges apply as per actuals.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days after deductions.
Changes by us
If we cancel a trip for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund or a free date change.
Force majeure
For events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government orders), refunds depend on what suppliers return to us.
