Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we receive the advance payment and send written confirmation. An advance of 30% of the package cost is required at booking, with the balance due 21 days before departure.
Prices
Prices shown are per person on twin sharing, starting rates and subject to change based on dates, availability, exchange rates and taxes until the booking is confirmed.
Travel documents
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and ID. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy; we only assist with the process.
Changes
Itineraries may change due to weather, local conditions or supplier issues. We will always try to offer a suitable alternative.
Liability
We act as an agent for hotels, airlines and other service providers and are not liable for their acts, delays or losses beyond our control.
